سری PTD سنسیس در دو بخش فشار جریانی و ولتاژی عرضه شده است.
از موارد کاربرد این سنسور می توان به اندازه گیری فشار کنترل فرآیند، سیستم های هیدرولیک پنوماتیک،کنترل فشار کمپرسور، چیلرها ، تجهیزات سرمایشی و سایر موارد مشابه اشاره کرد.
ترنسمیترهای فشار سری PTD، دارای سل سیلیکونی پیزو مقاومتی هستند. این ترنسمیترها، به دلیل ساختار فیزیکی خاص، امکان اندازه گیری فشار در دمای بالا را با دقت مناسب فراهم می کنند. به دلیل عدم استفاده از O-Ring، محدودیت نشتی و یا خوردگی در آن وجود ندارد.
